Where This Policy Applies

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all SpotSouk customers in the following markets:

  • United States

  • Australia

  • Canada

  • United Arab Emirates

  • United Kingdom

Regardless of where you order from, the same return windows, refund rules, and conditions outlined in this policy apply.
Return addresses may differ depending on your region, and we will provide the correct return location during the return authorization process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags, packaging, and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, bodysuits)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

If a product is non-returnable, this will always be clearly stated on the product page.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Once approved, we will send you:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN)

  • The correct return shipping address for your region

  • Instructions on how to proceed

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approval of Refund

You will receive an email notification stating whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days after we receive your return

  • Processing: 5–7 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted when:

  • An item is returned with missing accessories or packaging

  • The product shows signs of use or handling


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If the order has shipped, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
