Delivery times and availability apply equally to all the regions listed above unless otherwise noted.


1. Order Processing Times

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Possible Delays

Processing may take longer during:

  • High-volume periods

  • Holidays

  • Unexpected supply chain delays

If a delay occurs, you will be notified by email.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (All Countries)

  • Delivery Time: 9–15 business days

  • Cost: FREE on all orders

  • Carrier: Varies based on destination country

Express Shipping

Not available at this time.

Shipping Time Notes

Delivery estimates begin after processing is completed.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer transit times.


3. International Shipping

SpotSouk ships internationally to:

  • USA

  • UAE

  • UK

  • Canada

  • Australia

Delivery Time: 9–15 business days

Cost: FREE

All international orders include tracking.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to track your package

You can track your order using the courier’s website or through our Order Tracking page.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, customs or import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

SpotSouk is not responsible for:

  • Customs processing delays

  • Taxes or duty fees charged by local authorities

If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs agency for assistance.


6. Delivery Policy

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
SpotSouk is not responsible for:

  • Missed deliveries

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or refusal, reshipping fees may apply.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to us as unclaimed will require reshipment at the buyer’s expense.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order lost in transit, contact us immediately.
We will investigate with the courier and either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, notify us within 7 days of delivery.


8. Shipping Restrictions
